Refund policy

At YOUR MEP SUPPLIER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be in brand new condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@yourmepsupplier.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

If the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to deny a full refund or apply a restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
